The local MLS system is crucial to the livelihood of the real estate professional. Whether a new or existing member, agents will learn what the MLS is and the role it plays in the real estate business. as well as addressing some of the most frequently asked questions involving the topic. The purpose of this course is to train agents on proper data entry guidelines when inputting listings into the MLS system. Agents will learn what fields are required for the local MLS, rules and regulations.

An email containing the Zoom link will be provided a day before the class. Prior to class, attendees will receive an email with information on setting up a Zoom account and links to class materials, if applicable. To participate in class, a functioning Web camera is necessary.
