The course will discuss how to set up and best practices of property maintenance and habitability of residential rentals. Topics will include what to fix and not to fix, and how to handle tenants requests for maintenance. This course will also discuss specific sections of the International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC) that directly impact the habitability and maintenance of residential rentals.
