Whether a new license holder or a seasoned broker, a vast amount of sensitive, personal information is part of a real estate transaction. It’s important for agents and brokers to know how to protect client information to avoid identity theft and personal liability issues. 

This course will provide the real estate license holder with insight into the legal requirements and ramifications of their actions as it relates to how they conduct business and legally operate as a Texas real estate licensee to minimize personal and business risk.
