This course will introduce the attendee to the subject of roofing systems and the home inspection. The course will generally cover the TREC SOP regarding roofing, as well as understanding the TREC promulgated inspection report. This course will also cover common inspection findings, as well as inspection limitations. Common ‘in the field’ examples will be used to help the Realtor understand common inspection findings.
