 This course will introduce the attendee to the subject of HVAC systems and the home inspection. The course will generally cover the TREC SoP regarding HVAC systems, as well as understanding the TREC promulgated inspection report. This course will also cover common inspection findings, as well as inspection limitations. Common ‘in the field’ examples will be used to help the Realtor understand common inspection findings. .
