This course will introduce the attendees to general home inspections. The course will cover the TREC 7-6 report preamble and understand the TREC promulgated inspection report. In addition, this course will also cover TREC Legal & Ethics guidelines pertaining to the REALTOR®. Pertinent terminology and definitions will be covered. Lastly, this course will address setting inspection expectations for the client, buyer’s agent, and listing agent.
