This course, written by Ginger Unger, CCIM, is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the key concepts and best practices when drafting a Texas Realtor’s commercial sales contract. 

The course will cover the essential elements of CRE contracts, including identifying both parties, the property description, purchase price, and closing dates, along with feasibility periods. Agents/brokers will understand the legal requirements for disclosure concerning commercial properties.
