The class is designed to help agents/brokers understand the value of commercial real estate investments, including the key factors contributing to the success of a commercial real estate purchase or lease. Concepts on the legal and financial considerations that every investor expects their agent/broker to understand while working on a commercial investment transaction. 

Understanding what negotiation skills will be required to communicate effectively while understanding the market trends in commercial real estate. The resources necessary to facilitate commercial transactions will be discussed in detail in this class. How obtaining a reputation and credibility as a commercial agent/broker is critical to success in the CRE industry.
