Students will be reintroduced to the One to Four Family Residential Contract (Resale). The students will learn advanced techniques regarding the use of the One to Four Family Residential Contract to enhance their competence in its use. The course will include several interactive exercises in which the students learn how to affectively use the contact form in different Seller/Buyer scenarios thus having the practical application of learned concepts.

An email containing the Zoom link will be provided a day before the class. Prior to class, attendees will receive an email with information on setting up a Zoom account and links to class materials, if applicable. To participate in class, a functioning Web camera is necessary.
