Course offers an in depth look at Paragraph 2 in the Listing Agreement and the 1– 4 Family Residential Contract. Help agents understand when to approach this with the client to be sure there are no “I thought” issues in the transaction. Cementing in the agents mind clarity on how to protect the clients wishes and intent while making sure all desires make there way to the contract.

An email containing the Zoom link will be provided a day before the class. Prior to class, attendees will receive an email with information on setting up a Zoom account and links to class materials, if applicable. To participate in class, a functioning Web camera is necessary.
