While real estate license holders are authorized to represent clients in leasing transactions, very few perform engage in the activity with any regularity. As a result, when a client seeks representation on a lease, many license holders are not equipped to offer adequate service to their clients. This course is designed for the real estate professional in need of the fundamental basics of leasing representation. The course will explain how to adequately represent landlords and tenants and will be taught how to use forms associated with applying for and executing lease agreements.
This course is designed for the real estate license holder who needs knowledge of the basic fundamentals of leasing representation, property management and their role in that process. This course will provide the core competencies needed in their role and responsibilities when functioning as a property manager or leasing agent. Provide understanding for those license holders performing property management related duties to ensure the appropriate guidelines are being followed by explaining the legal boundaries that govern the execution of their duties.
