In this course real estate agents will learn the nomenclature of residential evictions and be trained in the preparation of eviction forms to ensure a successful eviction. Eviction forms will be examined to acquaint the real estate professional with what they can and cannot do as the property owners’ representative when conducting an eviction. 

The course is designed to provide the real estate practitioner, especially those who are engaged in property management activities the information required to properly conduct a successful residential eviction suit. The real estate professional will gain additional understanding regarding the Texas eviction process for property managers.
