This course covers many facets of financial planning and investing for the Real Estate Professional. Most Realtors are not thinking seriously enough about their financial future, and this course will provide insight into the benefits of the SEP IRA, the Self Employed 401(k) and other types of tax deferred retirement plans. The course will also provide an in-depth look at investing in residential real estate properties, which will benefit both the client and the Realtor. This part of the course will look at Rates of Return, Cash on Cash, and Debt Reduction Formulas.
