This class provides students with an overview of the many factors and strategies real estate investors incorporate into their investment decision process and in managing the disposition of realty assets. 

Course will provide license holder with an understanding of these factors and strategies to better equip them when assisting real estate investor clients. They will learn to incorporate course concepts into client investment decision process and in managing the disposition of realty assets.
