This course will cover Error and Omissions (E&O) insurance in real estate. Course will provide insight on what happening in the industry and how agents and brokers can protect themselves from a risk management perspective.
Also provide the license holder useful information regarding real estate errors and omission insurance coverage and risk management tools to help reduce risk and lower errors and omission insurance costs. The course will help license holder understand the need for E&O and professional liability insurance; and answer questions they may have about what it is, how it works and how to choose a provider.
