The REALTOR^® of the Year Award recognizes a REALTOR^® for his/her work and contributions to CCAR and the real estate industry during the 2024 calendar year. This award is CCAR’s highest degree of honor and appreciation to a member. The recipient of the REALTOR^® of the Year Award is selected by his/her peers.

When nominating a fellow REALTOR^® for this award, please consider his/her previous accomplishments and participation in local, state and national association functions and committees. Also, consider his/her civic activities in local organizations, cultural contributions to the community, and public welfare campaigns. If you have any specific accomplishments that you would like to add to your nomination, please attach them at the bottom of this form.
