With over 23 years in the business, I earned my broker's license in 2017.  I have a virtual office with some inspired agents and doing well. My fees are low because we are virtual, and I don't have the overhead of a traditional broker. I still actively list & sell because I love that part of the business. 

 I am focusing on recruiting agents in 2022 to expand our brokerage and be a mentor to my agents. Real Estate is such a fulfilling industry, so I'm all about mentoring newer agents. My experience is valuable to newer agents that are disciplined enough to work from home as a self-starter.  I provide low transaction fees; agents are not paying for MY overhead! 

 I provide a classic CRM to manage your leads and database, your E & O insurance, and transaction management software, so your CDAs are done quickly, which means "table funding" for you. 

95% of my career, I was a RE/MAX agent, broker associate with RE/MAX, and new agent mentor. Learning by experience is a hard teacher. It's much better to work with someone who knows the ins and outs of real estate and can guide you through the maze. Let's talk!
