Sheryl's understanding of excellent client services stems from her passionate, unique and talented sales background!  Sheryl focused her passion of the arts as a dancer on “Soul Train” and transitioned to a lucrative modeling career in her early adult life. While raising a family, Sheryl started her real-estate career on a part time basis, in early 2004.  Sheryl comes to Dallas, as a full time agent, where her commitment to her clients helped her achieve the "Presidents Award" in her first year of real estate. She has partnered with her husband investing, buying land, and renovating homes. She has also served on a special team that specialized in HUD Foreclosures, after moving to Dallas. Her approach to real estate is focused around getting to genuinely know her clients, and taking care of them from beginning of the transaction to the very end. Sheryl’s hands-on approach ensures the buyers find their dream home within the price range they can afford, she also partners with the sellers guiding them through the sales process with confidence.  Dozens of families have sold and/or purchased their first homes through Sheryl. Her commitment to her clientele is unparallel!!Sheryl's Motto is "It's not about the Promise, it's more about delivery of the promise". 

 BACKGROUND & EDUCATION: Sheryl graduated with her Associate Arts degree in Liberal Arts and studied business management, at St. Mary's College in Moraga, California. Since moving to the Dallas area she has now joined Coldwell Banker who is a leader in customer experiences and overall quality!!
