John Neyland has lived in the Plano/Richardson area since 1981. His prior years were spent in Fort Worth. Mr. Neyland retired from AT&T in March of 2016 and immediately started a residential real estate business with Keller Williams Plano. He now works with Solid Real Estate Services. He noticed the lack of acknowledgement real estate needs for older adults who have lived in their homes for many years. Since his realization for senior needs, John has taken advantage of specialized training and certification for 50+ year old senior clients. As a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) he is uniquely qualified to assist seniors and their families with later-in life real estate transactions. His certification as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) coupled with his many years of experience working with business professionals has allowed John to focus on helping seniors transition into a different focus for their real estate needs in their later years. Mr. Neyland served in the Air Force Reserves for eight years and obtained a degree in Business Management. When he isn’t working he enjoys outdoor activities, especially golf, traveling, and spending time with his family. John values personal integrity and is committed to being socially responsible.
