This class provides an overview of housing finance benefits available to Texas Veterans, with an emphasis on housing assistance and land purchase financing. Housing, land and home improvement processes are described in the course, as well as marketing techniques for connecting with veterans.

This course is designed for those without a financial background in the "nuts & bolts" of VA and other financing programs for veterans in order to effectively communicate with veteran buyers and sellers.

An email containing the Zoom link will be provided a day before the class. Prior to class, attendees will receive an email with information on setting up a Zoom account and links to class materials, if applicable. To participate in class, a functioning Web camera is necessary.
