This class consists of an overview of the advantages and how to structure a FHA/HUD 203K Renovation Loan and a FNMA Home-Style Renovation Loan. These loans provide the buyer an opportunity to purchase and fund the renovations necessary to improve the market value and overcome health and safety issues. Agents will come away from the class with an understanding of how to assist both buyers and sellers in selling and revitalizing existing homes in established neighborhoods.

An email containing the Zoom link will be provided a day before the class. Prior to class, attendees will receive an email with information on setting up a Zoom account and links to class materials, if applicable. To participate in class, a functioning Web camera is necessary.
