Cancellation Details

Cancelling CCAR, NAR and TAR Board Membership:
I submit my resignation as a Designated REALTOR® member of the Collin County Association of REALTORS®. I am aware that if I wish to reactivate as a Designated REALTOR® with the Collin County Association of REALTORS® within one year of the date of this notice, I will be subject to a $300 reinstatement fee. If I wish to reactivate over one year from the date of this notice I will need to apply as a new member and will be subject to all fees and assessments which apply to new members. If I wish to reactivate over two years from the date of this notice, I will also be subject to the mandatory orientation requirement. Reinstatement or reapplication will be conditioned by full payment of any unpaid dues, fees, fines or other assessments of the Association or any of its services, departments, divisions or subsidiaries.

If the member resigns with an ethics complaint or arbitration request pending, the member must certify that he or she will submit to the pending ethics or arbitration processing and will abide by the decision of the hearing panel; or if member resigns without having complied with an award in arbitration, the former member must agree to pay the award, plus any costs that have previously been established as due and payable by the former member, provided that the award has not, in the meanwhile, been otherwise satisfied. 


Cancelling ATS/MLS Services with the North Texas Real Estate Information Systems:
I submit my resignation as a participant in the Association Technology Services (ATS). The MLS staff will withdraw from the MLS all of the resigned participant’s listings which are filed with the MLS. I am aware that if I wish to reactivate as a participant with Association Technology Services (ATS) within one year of the date of this notice, I will be subject to a $75 reinstatement fee. If I wish to reactivate over one year from the date of this notice, I will need to apply as a new participant and will be subject to all fees and assessments which apply to new participants. If I wish to reactivate over two years from the date of this notice, I will also be subject to the mandatory orientation requirement. Reinstatement or reapplication will be conditioned by full payment of any unpaid dues, fees, fines or other assessments of the MLS or any of its services, departments, divisions or subsidiaries.
