  • Module 2: Statutory & Rules Update - SOPs and Departure
  • Module 3: Inspector Duties, Responsibilities, and Ethics
  • Module 4: Hot Topics
  • Module 5: Structural Systems SOPs
  • Module 6: Heating, Ventilation, Air-conditioning (HVAC) SOPs
  • Module 7: Electrical & Appliances SOPs
  • Module 8: Plumbing & Optional Systems SOPs

Prior to the class, an email containing a link to the TREC manual will be sent.  Printed materials can be purchased for an additional fee and must be ordered a minimum of 7 days prior to course start to be guaranteed.
