The real estate market is ever changing and there are so many aspects of the business that agents should be aware of to protect their clients and themselves. What worked in the past may not work now or even be legal. From fraud and misrepresentation to anti-trust issues, lawsuits, and to how to use AI properly to bolster your business. This course will provide the license holder an overview of some key issues happening in the marketplace. How to avoid potential pitfalls in areas related to conducting the business of real estate that agents should be aware of and know how to avoid them to ensure a successful transaction.
