*THIS IS A Virtual Zoom Course. NO IN-PERSON CLASS SEATS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THIS CLASS

Course #: 561   Provider #: 4520, Texas REALTORS®  Hours: 30 SAE hours (for new REALTORS®) OR 30 elective CE hours for REALTORS® who have already fulfilled their first renewal

Dates: Thursday March 6th, Friday March 7th, 2025 and  Thursday March 13th and Friday March 14th, 2025

Class Start & End Time: 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.; Lunch: 12-12:45 p.m.  

Cost: $275 for CCAR members, $325 for non-members.

It is recommended by Instructors and Texas REALTORS® that the TACS series be taken in order: TACS 1, TACS 2, and then TACS 3. 

TACS3: Commercial Real Estate Marketing & Negotiation

This course is designed to prepare students for entry into the commercial real estate field by learning how to assess the merits of investment property, developing an understanding the consequences of sale and how to develop an exit strategy, identify appropriate contract forms and addenda and when to use them, and how to develop a business plan based on self-awareness.

Prior to class, attendees will receive an email with information on setting up a Zoom account and links to class materials, if applicable. To participate in class, a functioning Web camera is necessary.
