The objective of this course is to equip realtors with the necessary skills and knowledge to assist their clients in identifying ideal short-term rental properties. By the end of the course, participants will understand the unique considerations involved in short-term rentals, be able to evaluate properties based on the specific needs and preferences of their clients and provide expert guidance to help clients make informed decisions when selecting properties for short-term rental purposes.
